Tara Mallen
Producing Artistic Director

Ms. Mallen is the founding member of RTE and its Producing Artistic Director. She won a Joseph Jefferson Award for Best Supporting actress for her portrayal of Gwenyth in WRENS as well as being a part of the Jeff Award--winning ensemble for that production. She was nominated the following year for Best Actress in a Principal Role for her work in My Simple City. Tara is originally from New York where she worked extensively with The Open Eye: New Stagings. She spent several seasons with the Iowa Shakespeare Project and has performed in Chicago and in Washington, D.C. at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in the long running comedy whodunit Shear Madness. Tara is a graduate of Brooklyn College where she received a BFA in Theatre.
   
Deb Doetzer

Ms. Doetzer is both an ensemble and board member of Rivendell Theatre Ensemble, and has been working in voiceover, theater and improv for almost two decades. A proud member of all three performer's unions (AEA, AFTRA and SAG), her voice has been heard for such national accounts as Blockbuster Video, State Farm, McDonald's, Nestle's Toll House, Kraft Mac and Cheese, SC Johnson Scrubbing Bubbles and Breakstone Cottage Doubles, among numerous others. Deb is currently the voice for EMMI, an interactive medical website, and can be heard on various PlayStation, Gamecube and XBox games as well as a few slot machines in various casinos across the country, as well as the voice of Penny the Penguin in SeaWorld's opening video before the Shamu show. An instructor at the Acting Studio since 2000, Deb has taught Beginning and Intermediate Voice-over,as well as facilitating the Work-out with the Pro's Advanced Workshop and is available for private coaching and voice-over demo production.
   
Susan Ask

Susan Ask on urban environmental issues with University of Illinois Extension, connecting the scholarship of the University with environmental programs in the city. Susan has a master’s degree in Ecosystem Science and Management from the Yale University School of Forestry and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Kansas. She has done field research on soils, rare mammals, and ecosystem processes in urban, suburban and wild places from coastal Maine to the Texas Gulf Coast to Washington’s Olympic Peninsula. Now living in the city, she develops sustainability programs to improve environmental quality in the urban core while protecting the rural and wild places that support it. Susan and her husband Joe Mazza (playwright and performer) produce experimental theatre with puppets, film and performance as bang bang fou! They live in Chicago with 2 shepherds, Keeper and Inca, and an ornery conure named Finley.
   
Evin Nicole Eubanks

Ms. Eubanks is responsible for providing dedicated comprehensive Executive Assistant support to the Head Americas for UBS Global Asset Management. Prior to joining UBS Global Asset Management in October 2000, Ms. Eubanks worked as a Legal Assistant for Robert J. Myers & Associates, Civil Trial and Appellate Practice, in San Antonio, Texas. In addition to her responsibilities with UBS Global Asset Management, Ms. Eubanks is also pursuing a theatre career, having worked as both a stage manager and producer with various regional theatres in Chicago. Ms. Eubanks holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre Arts and Dance from Texas Tech University, is an active alumni member with Alpha Phi International Fraternity and an Advisory Board member with San Antonio Metropolitan Ballet.
   
Mike Ianni

Mr. Ianni is responsible for leading the development and sales strategy for the Mutual Fund Sales Desk at Nuveen Investments. Prior to joining Nuveen in July 2005, Mr. Ianni worked as an English language teaching assistant in Linz, Austria for two years through the Austrian-American Educational Commission (Fulbright Commission). In addition to his duties at Nuveen Investments, Mr. Ianni recently completed his Masters of Business Administration from DePaul University with a focus on Sales Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Mr. Ianni is also an active member of the Young Executive Committee for the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest – Chicago, as well as an active volunteer with Chicago Public Radio. Besides for his recent MBA, Mr. Ianni holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, DC where his concentrations were International Business and Finance.
   
Jennifer Masi

Ms. Masi has been working for 19 years as an art and creative director. She has won more than forty awards for design and production excellence. She created her design firm Flutter Ltd. in 2007. Flutter creates print and website communications for small to large companies. Among her corporate clients are Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Parachin Design Studios, Jerry’s/Corner Cooks, Ellen’s on Elm, Shewchuck Insurance Agency, Skokie Valley Symphony Orchestra and the Chicago Waldorf School. She has worked on both trade and consumer magazines such as Gear Technology, Confetti, Becoming Family, Modern Salon, Salon Today and Significant Living Magazine. Ms. Masi holds a BFA from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design in Graphic Design. She lives in Chicago with her husband Eric and their two children.

Ms. Martincevic is responsible for index asset management, as well as business development and client service for Attucks’ investment portfolios. Prior to joining Attucks, Ms. Martincevic co-founded and headed Zenna Financial Services, a Chicago-based investment firm. Prior to Zenna, she worked at the Rock Island Company as the Director of Economic Policy and Research. Ms. Martincevic holds a BA degree, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Beloit College in Economics, International Relations and German. She is an honorary member of the Rotary Club of Green Lake.

Ms. Milpak is responsible for complex financial activities involving customer profitability analysis. Prior to joining Bank of America Ms Milpak spent ten years at LaSalle Bank. Her career at LaSalle Bank included the following: (1) Finance Associate in a 2-year management training program; (2) Financial Analyst for LaSalle’s Commercial Banking portfolio; and (3) Chief of Strategy and New Product Development for the Real Estate Capital Markets Group. Ms Milpak graduated summa cum laude from Beloit College with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Relations; and earned her Masters of Business Administration with high honors from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, with a focus on Strategy, Finance and Marketing.
